All rooms are subject to 10% Vermont State tax. We have no service charge. However a 18% service charge will be added
to reservations for wedding parties or for block bookings of six rooms or more. Check in time is 3pm - Check out time is 11am.
Late checkout possible by prior arrangement at extra charge, subject to availability.
Two night minimum on weekends. Three night minimum on holiday weekends. We do not take children or pets.
