(no air conditioning in rooms 11 and 12, ceiling fans only).Prices include a full country breakfast. Licensed bar on premises.
All rooms are subject to 10% Vermont State tax. We have no service charge. However a 18% service charge will be added
to reservations for wedding parties or for block bookings of six rooms or more. Check in time is 3pm - Check out time is 11am.
Late checkout possible by prior arrangement at extra charge, subject to availability.
Two night minimum on weekends. Three night minimum holiday weekends.
Winter holiday rates apply Dec. 22nd through Dec. 31st, Jan. 12th through Jan. 15th, Feb. 16th through Feb. 25th
